 Great for backyard soccerJul 01, 2003
This goal is perfect for backyard soccer games. We keep the goal in the garage and out of the weather, and after three years of almost daily use, it still shows little wear.

I have a hard kicking 11 year old soccer player and we tried 2 other soccer goals before getting this one. The main difference is that the weight of the metal poles (which the net attaches to) allows it to stay in place when hit by a ball.....the others we tried that were made of PVC plastic pipe fell right over...this goal is worth the price. Easy to set up and take down too.

I bought this awhile back and I didn't pay attention to the size of it so I was thinking it was a little bigger than it actually is. This is great for practice and having fun with a few friends in your back garden but is best for children 16 and under in my opinoin which it is meant for I would think...lol. It is easy to put together and with the four stakes that hold it in the ground (that come with it) make it stay in place. The only problem is kicking the ball extremely hard into the net as it rips off the straps that keep the net on the goal. With that said, I've had alot of fun with this and it is great if you like to get the football out and shoot around a little before or after the game on match day. "Glory Glory Man United..."
